    • Jason Pritchard Chief Executive Officer
      Jason Pritchard is Chief Executive Officer of Main Line Brands, overseeing franchise operations, leadership, and franchise owner support across all three brands. He leads the company’s overall vision, strategy, and operational direction while helping franchise owners grow through strong systems, leadership, and support. Jason works closely with leadership teams to align operations, marketing, and franchise initiatives with long-term company goals. His background includes experience as a Mosquito Authority technician, Director of Operations, franchise owner, and President of Fitness Machine Technicians. Known for his hands-on leadership style, Jason emphasizes accountability, transparency, trust, and building strong teams. Originally from Morganton, North Carolina, he enjoys golf, fitness, and time with his wife, Avis.
    • Bobby Rycroft Vice President of Growth & Strategy
      Bobby Rycroft is Vice President of Growth and Strategy for Pest Authority and Mosquito Authority, leading strategic growth initiatives across both franchise systems. With more than 20 years of experience in pest and mosquito control, Bobby brings expertise spanning operations, sales leadership, technician training, franchise coaching, and multi-market growth strategy. Before joining Main Line Brands, he served as VP of Growth at No More Bugs LLC and previously held leadership roles with Home Paramount Pest Control and Orkin Pest Control. Bobby is known for his hands-on leadership style, practical operational expertise, and commitment to delivering franchisees clear guidance, real support, and measurable business results every day.
    • Carlos Gordils VP of Fitness Machine Technicians
      Carlos is VP of Operations for Fitness Machine Technicians and brings extensive operations leadership experience across multi-location service businesses. Most recently, he served as General Manager at Roto-Rooter, leading a team of more than 60 employees and driving operational performance, revenue growth, and profitability. He has also held leadership roles with Monro, Inc., Summit Capital Partners, and Hertz, where he built and developed high-performing teams across multiple regions. Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Florida, Carlos attended Florida State University, where he earned his degree and met his wife, Christine. Outside of work, he enjoys softball, grilling, sports, spending time with family and friends, and supporting the Florida State Seminoles and New York Yankees.
    • Amy Hamm Vice President of Business Operations & Franchise Management

      Amy Hamm is Vice President of Business Operations & Franchise Management at Main Line Brands, where she oversees enterprise business operations and franchise system management across the company’s multi-brand portfolio. She partners closely with executive leadership to turn strategy into disciplined execution, leading cross-functional alignment, operational infrastructure, franchise lifecycle management, and system-wide accountability initiatives that support scalable growth.

      A former Mosquito Authority franchise owner, Amy brings firsthand franchisee experience along with a broad operational background spanning planning, customer experience, operations, and marketing. She is known for her thoughtful, process-driven leadership style, with a focus on clarity, accountability, and building systems that help teams and franchisees succeed.

    • Mike Davey Vice President of Technology
      Mike Davey is Vice President of Technology for Main Line Brands, overseeing the engineering, IT, and technology systems supporting all three brands across the organization. He leads the technology roadmap, system integrations, franchise operations platforms, and owner-facing tools that help the business scale efficiently. With nearly 13 years of software engineering and leadership experience, Mike built his career from junior developer to co-owner of a software company. He was the lead developer of DispatchPlus, the custom field service management platform used across Mosquito Authority and Pest Authority operations. Mike is known for hands-on leadership, mentorship, and building scalable systems and teams through trust, training, collaboration, and accountability.
    • Nakia Medlin Vice President of Marketing
      Nakia Medlin is Vice President of Marketing for Main Line Brands, leading brand strategy, demand generation, franchise marketing, and marketing technology across Main Line Brands. With experience spanning automotive, franchising, and multi-location brands, Nakia specializes in scalable growth strategies that align national brand initiatives with local franchisee success. Her expertise includes digital marketing, CRM and marketing automation, local SEO, analytics, public relations, sponsorships, and cross-functional leadership. Known for a hands-on, data-driven leadership style, Nakia focuses on building systems, partnerships, and measurable marketing programs that drive long-term growth and franchisee confidence across the system.
    • Tamara Michalec Controller
      Tamara Michalec is Controller for Main Line Brands, overseeing financial operations across Mosquito Authority, Pest Authority, Fitness Machine Technicians, corporate headquarters, and ownership entities. She leads the accounting team and manages financial reporting, internal accounting operations, franchisee financial support, and reporting for leadership, equity partners, and lenders. With more than six years at Main Line Brands and previous experience as Controller at Fusco Management, Tamara is known for financial leadership, process improvement, and operational discipline. She has led accounting automation initiatives, software migrations, and internal control improvements while maintaining clean audits across more than 50 entities. Her leadership style emphasizes coaching, trust, communication, and helping others grow through understanding.
